- Mix well first 8 ingredients; shape into meat balls. Brown, cover and cook 10 min; drain. Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole. Heat soups, lowfat milk, water till steaming. Pour over meatballs and top with biscuits.
- Cut in 1/3 cup shortening. Add in 1 egg, 1/3 cup evaporated lowfat milk. Roll to 12 inch square. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese and 1 tbsp dry parsley. Roll up and cut into 8 slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
