  • 1 lb 3/4-Inch-Thick Marlin Steaks Extra virgin olive oil Hot Corn Tortillas Lime Wedges Thinly Sliced Cabbage Pico De Gallo, (see recipe below) Lowfat sour cream

  1. Prepare barbecue (med-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler. Brush Marlin generously with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill or possibly broil till cooked through, about 4 min per side. Transfer steaks to plate and cut into chunks. Serve Marlin with corn tortillas, lime wedges, cabbage, Pico de Gallo and lowfat sour cream, allowing guests to assemble their own tacos.
  2. Pico de Gallo (about 3 c.) 2 lg. tomatoes, diced 1 green onion bunch, thinly sliced 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded, diced 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  3. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt. (Can be prepared 6 hrs ahead. Store at room temperature.
