Ингредиенты
- 4 lbs. sweet potatoes (5-6 potatoes)
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Инструкции
- 1. In pot combine sweet potatoes and water. Boil
- 2. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble. In microwave combine half and half and maple syrup. Microwave on High for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Mash sweet potatoes with butter until smooth. Gradually mash in maple syrup.
- 4. Stir in salt and pepper.
- 5. Reserve 1/4 cup bacon. Stir remaining bacon into potatoes.
- 6. Transfer to dish. Top with bacon.
