Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb Grnd Lean Pork
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp (Minced fine)
  • 1/2 c. Water Chestnuts (minced)
  • 1/2 c. Green Onions (minced fine)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper(freshly grnd)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 pkt Lumpia Wrappers Or possibly Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1/2 c. Veg. oil

Инструкции

  1. Combine pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, egg and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Place a level Tbsp. of filling on each egg roll wrapper, fold wrapper burrito style, tucking in the ends and seal with a few drops of water. Deep fry in warm oil and drain on paper towels. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
