Ингредиенты

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed (8 1/2 ounce.) Water Reserved pineapple syrup
  • 1 pkt Pillsbury Lemon Basic Bundt Cake Mix
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. soft margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bottom only of 13x9 inch pan.

  1. Add in water to reserved pineapple syrup to equal 1 c.; blend with Packet 1
  2. (cake mix), Large eggs and margarine in large bowl till moistened. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  3. Mix in liquid removed pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in several places comes out clean.
  6. Cold cake in pan on cooling rack.
  7. Blend Packet 2 (Glaze mix) with 1 1/3 Tbsp. hot water. If necessary add in a few drops more to make glaze consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake.
  8. Store cake loosely covered.
