3/4 c. Oil
3/4 c. Orange juice
5 x Large eggs
1 sm Lime jello
1 pkt Lemon cake mix
1/4 c. Lime juice
5 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
1 lb Powdered sugar

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 325 . Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Combine oil, orange juice, Large eggs, lime jello and cake mix. Pour ingredients into pan. Bake at 325 for 20-30 min. Combine lime juice with 5 tbls powdered sugar (up to 6 tbls powdered sugar if needed for consistency). Prick the cake with a fork and pour lime juice mix over top of cake. Cold. Beat cream cheese and butter together. Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost cake and cut into squares.
