- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 4 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 6 c. Kellogg's(R) Rice Krispies Frosting String licorice Candy sprinkles Fruit-flavored candy strips

- 1. In large microwave-safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows on HIGH for 2 min, stirring after 1 minute. Continue to stir till mix is smooth and well blended.
- 2. Add in KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal, stirring till well coated. Spread cereal mix into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Allow to cold. Cut into kite shapes.
- 3. Decorate with frosting and candy sprinkles. Use licorice vines for tail and fruit-flavored candy strips for ribbons.
- Stove top method: Over low heat in large saucepan, heat margarine and marshmallows till melted. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
- NOTE: -For best results, use fresh marshmallows.
- 1 jar (7 ounce.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.
- Diet, reduced calorie or possibly tub margarine is not recommended.
- Store no more than two days in airtight container.
- Yield: approximately 8 kites
