Рецепт Hungarian Linzer Torte

Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. Flour, unsifted
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Jam

Инструкции

  1. Cut margarine very fine into sifted dry ingredients. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk and mix well. (Dough will be soft.) Form into a ball on waxed paper. Wrap and refrigerateovernight. Remove 1/3 of dough and return to refrigerator. Roll rest of dough on well floured board to fit 12 x 15-inch greased cookie sheet.
  2. Keep dusting dough with flour so rolling pin will not stick. Roll over cookie sheet. Pat dough up sides also. Spread jam (red colored) over dough. Roll out rest of dough. Place, lattice fashion, on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Dust with powdered sugar when cold and cut into squares.
