- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 large egg white
- Cooking spray
Инструкции
- Level flour with a knife in a measuring cup. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Combine buttermilk, butter and egg white. Add to flour mixture.
- Stir until smooth.
- Use cooking spray on griddle.
