Who doesn't like green beans with a crunch? We loved this dish.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed off and string removed
  • Salt
  • 2 ounces pancetta diced
  • 1 large shallot minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Freshly ground pepper milange

  1. Blanch the green beans in a pot of salted water for about 4 minutes or until they're a crispy tender but not chewy.
  2. While the green beans are blanching cook up the pancetta over medium high heat until crispy.
  3. Add the shallots to the pan and saute them lightly in the fat from the pancetta.
  4. Add butter to the pan, drain the green beans and add them as well. Season to taste and cook until they're how you want them.
  5. Serve these nice and hot
