- 1 c. Water
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. Fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Fresh chives, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

- I got a bread machine for Christmas and have been making bread like crazy.
- Thought I'd share a favorite. You can use this as a pizza crust, as well.

- Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed: Use dough setting. When setting is complete; remove dough from bread pan.
- Punch down, roll into a ball and flatten into a 10 inch circle. Place on a baking sheet. Cover dough liberally with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle fresh herbs and garlic over dough. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 20-35 min or possibly till golden. Serve with pasta or possibly cut into wedges and serve as an appetizer.
