Fish With Tahini (Samak Bil Tahini)

Ингредиенты

  • 4 1/2 lb Red snapper
  • 3 c. Tahini (found in Greek and specialty shops)
  • 7 x Minced onions Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Crushed garlic Salt

Инструкции

  1. Brush inside and outside of fish with vegetable oil.
  2. Put in a pan and bake in oven for 30 min.
  3. Fry onions with vegetable oil until tender. Add in them to the fish.
  4. Mix tahini with 1/4 c. water very well before adding to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. (Add in sufficient water to make it drip from a Tbsp..)
  5. Pour tahini mix over the fish and bake for 30 min longer.
  6. Before serving, decorate with fried pinenuts and dash of red pepper.
  7. Serve with pickles, salads and fried pita bread.
  8. Serves 8-10.
