- 1/4 c. egg substitute or possibly 2 egg whites
- 1 x +1/4 c. flour

- 1 x +1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- bowl1: mix prune puree, sugar, molasses, pumpkin and egg bowl2: mix remaining ingredientscombine and stir to blendpour into prepared muffin tin, bake for 20-25 min
