Ингредиенты

1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 c. Crisco
1 egg, slightly beaten

Инструкции

Mix flour and salt. Add in 1/2 of Crisco and cut in till as fine as meal. Add in remaining Crisco and cut in till particles are size of large peas. Add in egg, mixing thoroughly into a dough. Makes sufficient pastry to cover an 8 inch casserole.
