Ингредиенты
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 c. Soft marg.
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Oatmeal
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 c. Coconut
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans, (optional)
Инструкции
- Blend together sugars & oil. Add in marg. & blend well. Beat in egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Press each cookie down slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 till lightly brown- about 15 min.
