Ингредиенты

2 teaspoon chopped onion 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. sugar

1 c. beet liquid 2 tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice 1 (#2) can beets, diced and liquid removed

Инструкции

1. Simmer onion in oil for 5 min. Add in four and blend. Add in seasonings, beet liquid, and vinegar. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in beets and heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
