- Just in time for the colder weather around the country! This is a rather traditional Potato Soup recipe with an added creamy ingredient! Yum. :)
- Creamy Potato Soup:
- 5 c. Potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1.5 c. Milk
- 1.5 c. Water
- 1.5 c. Carrots, diced
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 3 T. Butter
- 3 T. Flour
- 1 t. Salt
- 1/2 to 1 t. Pepper
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
