Ингредиенты

12 ounce dry fettuccine
2 c. soy lowfat milk
4 x cloves garlic, chopped
6 Tbsp. grated soy cheese
1/4 x minced fresh parsley freshly grnd black pepper
2 c. minced and steamed

Инструкции

Cook pasta, drain. Place pasta in a large nonstick sauteepan along with lowfat milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add in cheese. Continue cooking till cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Add in steamed veg. toss gently and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
