- 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Water
- 4 c. Chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Инструкции
- Shape meat into patties.
- Mix flour, salt & pepper and coat patties with this mix just like fried chicken.
- Fry in oil till brown.
- GRAVY: Bring water & chicken broth to a boil.
- Add in flour, salt & pepper and blend till thickened.
