Ingredients: 1 box graham crackers; 2 sm Boxes French Vanilla instant pudding; 3 c. Cool lowfat milk; 8 ounce Cold Whip; 4 Tbsp. Cocoa; 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil; 2 tsp Vanilla; 3 Tbsp. Softened butter; 2 tsp Karo syrup; 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar; 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Ингредиенты

1 box graham crackers
2 sm Boxes French Vanilla instant pudding
3 c. Cool lowfat milk
8 ounce Cold Whip
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp. Softened butter
2 tsp Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Инструкции

Butter 13x9 inch dish. Line bottom with graham crackers. Mix pudding with lowfat milk; add in Cold Whip. Pour mix (1/2) over graham crackers. Add in another layer of graham crackers and remaining 1/2 of pudding mix. Add in one last layer of graham crackers. Chill for 2 hrs.
Frosting for Chocolate Eclair Cake: Beat above ingredients till smooth.
Frost and chill for 24 hrs.
