- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz pkg.) peanut butter chips
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup special dark chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, or mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 tsp shortening

- Heat the oven to 350 F
- Place the butter in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan
- Heat in the oven until melted
- Remove the pan from the oven
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter
- Press down with a fork
- Sprinkle the peanut butter chips over the crumbs
- Sprinkle the coconut over the chips
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
- Place the chocolate chips and the shortening in a small microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) for 30 seconds
- Stir
- If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 10 seconds at a time
- Stir after each heating
- Microwave just until the chips are melted when stirred.
- Drizzle evenly over the top of the baked mixture
- Cool completely
- Cut into bars
