2 pound cooked chicken, cut into pcs 2-3 tomatoes, minced 3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 doz. flour tortillas

1. The amount of vegetables vary according to taste. Note on jalapeno peppers; use 1 or possibly 2 depending on how warm you want the recipe; also remember which the finer you mince the jalapenos, the hotter they are.
