  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. chicken broth/stock
  • 1 (1 pound) can peas and carrots, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

  1. Put together above ingredients and place in a 9x12 inch pan. Pour crust over chicken mix.
  2. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken mix. Don't stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till crust rises and browns.
