Ингредиенты

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, marg. or possibly veg. oil, [divided]
  • 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 x Onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 x Cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1/2 c. Dark raisins
  • 1/2 c. Low sodium chicken broth or possibly veg. broth
  • 1 lb Green beans, trimmed
  • 1 x Yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
  • 1/2 c. Apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

  1. In a skillet over med high heat heat 2 tb butter. Add in curry; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add in the remaining butter, onion, garlic and ginger. Cook till onion is tender about 5-8 minutes. Add in cauliflower, raisins and broth. Cover; cook 7 minutes. Add in beans and squash. Cover; cook 7 minutes more. Combine apple juice and cornstarch; add in to the skillet and cook till sauce thickens, 1 minutes. 237 cal.
