Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. butter; 1 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1 quart water; 1 quart lowfat milk; 1/2 c. sugar; 2/3 c. cornstarch; 1/3 c. flour; 4 x Large eggs; 2 c. lowfat milk; 1/2 tsp salt vanilla, to taste

Ингредиенты

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 quart water
1 quart lowfat milk
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. flour
4 x Large eggs
2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 tsp salt vanilla, to taste

Инструкции

Brown the butter; add in the brown sugar. Stir till sugar is mostly melted.
Add in water and boil for 10 min. Add in lowfat milk, and before it comes to a boil, add in the remaining ingredients, that have been stirred together.
Stir into warm mix and cook until thick.
