Ингредиенты

1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour all-purpose
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
5 x egg lightly beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. margarine melted butter or possibly
1 x pastry crust unbaked - 9-inch

Инструкции

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt in a large bowl; add in buttermilk and Large eggs, stirring till blended. Stir in vanilla and margarine, and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 min or possibly till set. Check for doneness after the minimum baking time by gently shaking the pie. The center should be set with a slight jiggle. Cold on a wire rack approximately 1 hour.
Yield: 1 9-inch pie.
