Ingredients: 4 c. Flour, Sifted; 4 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 c. Cocoa; 1 1/2 c. Dry Lowfat milk, Nonfat; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 3/4 c. Brownie Mix; 1 whl Egg; 1/4 c. Hot Water; 1/4 c. Veg. oil; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/4 c. Nuts, Minced

Ингредиенты

4 c. Flour, Sifted
4 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Cocoa
1 1/2 c. Dry Lowfat milk, Nonfat
1 1/2 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 3/4 c. Brownie Mix
1 whl Egg
1/4 c. Hot Water
1/4 c. Veg. oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 c. Nuts, Minced

Инструкции

1. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, dry lowfat milk, baking pwdr and salt three times. Store in airtight container.
To make brownies:1. Combine 1 3/4 c. mix, 1 egg, 1/4 c. hot water, 1/4 c. veg. oil and 1 tsp. vanilla in mixing bowl.
2. Beat with electric mixer 1 minute at medium speed.
3. Stir in 1/4 c. minced walnuts. Pour into greased 9 " square baking pan.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 min or possibly till brownies are done.
5. Cold in pan on rack.
6. Cut into 2" squares Makes 16
