Ingredients: 1 c. shortening; 2 c. sugar; 3 x Large eggs; 4 c. flour; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp cloves; 1/8 tsp ginger; 1 c. sour lowfat milk; 1 c. nuts; 1 c. raisins

Ингредиенты

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 x Large eggs
4 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
1 c. sour lowfat milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Инструкции

Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs and cream well.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
Add in flour mix to creamed mix with sour lowfat milk. Sprinkle nuts and raisins with a little flour. Add in last and drop on floured cookie sheets and bake at 350-375 degrees.
