- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon anise extract
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- Cinnamon and sugar

- Cream butter and sugar; add in extract and baking pwdr mix well, add in egg, mix well, add in flour, mix well. Form dough into 2 rolls. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Cut into 1/4 inch slices, bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 min till golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before completely cold.
