Ингредиенты
- 2 med. onions, coarsely minced
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced (opt.)
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 4 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onions and garlic in oil about 5 min till golden and tender. Remove from heat. Add in beans, molasses and ketchup. Mix well together. Place in casserole.
- Toss cheese, bread crumbs and butter together in small bowl. Spoon over bean mix. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Yield: 8 servings.
