Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. Cool water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Cornmeal
  • 4 tsp Butter

Инструкции

  1. Place half of the water in a medium-size saucepan, add in the salt, and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Slowly mix the cornmeal into the remaining water.
  3. Gradually pour which mix into the boiling water, stirring constantly. Add in the butter and continue to stir constantly till the angu turns into a thick porridge that will hold its shape. Pour the angu into a well-buttered 6-c. mold. Let cold, then unmold.
