- Cut veal into fine strips
- Quickly fry meat on all sides in very hot oil.
- Add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion and fry for a few moments.
- Add wine and cream and season.
- Cream flour and butter, add to sauce, bring to the boil once or twice. Serve with Zurich Rösti.
