Zurich veal with Rösti

Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/3 kg veal
  • 1 kg fresh mushrooms
  • 320 g Onions
  • 1 1/4 dl oil
  • 8 dl white wine
  • 8 dl cream
  • 80 g butter
  • 80 g flour
  • 4 x salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Cut veal into fine strips
  2. Quickly fry meat on all sides in very hot oil.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion and fry for a few moments.
  4. Add wine and cream and season.
  5. Cream flour and butter, add to sauce, bring to the boil once or twice. Serve with Zurich Rösti.
