Ингредиенты

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Инструкции

  1. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, then thinly slice each. Mix Large eggs, flour, salt, pepper and cheese. Combine zucchini with mix. Coat and mix well till pasty.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls to fry. Turn when they've browned. Drain on paper towels.
