3 T butter 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned

1. Heat butter in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Set aside.Put together bread crumbs, sugar, paprika and onion pwdr in a shallow dish. Put together egg and mustard; brush evenly on chicken. Coat chicken with bread crumb mix and place in prepared dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min; turn chicken in baking dish. Bake an additional 20 min. Yield: 4 servings.
