1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flaked or possibly shredded coconut

6 frzn waffles Ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan, etc.)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put together butter, brown sugar and coconut and minced nuts. Spread on waffles. Place on cookie sheet for 10 min. Top with ice cream and serve.
