Рецепт Yummy Baby Potato Fry
Baby potatoes are favorites for many people, the cute little potatoes are tasty and this yummy baby potato fry is for people who love potatoes. It is a tasty treat and goes well as a side-dish with sambar rice or curd rice or just having it as a starter or evening snack. Potatoes are good source of Carbohydrates and other vital nutrients!! This particular recipe is fry prepared with Indian spices and ingredients that makes the fry yummy and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- Baby Potatoes - 10
- Egg - 1
- Gram flour/Besan flour - 5 spoons
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
- Curd - 1 spoon
- Kasoori Methi/Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/4 spoon
- Red chilli powder - 2 spoons
- Fennel seeds - 1/4 spoon
- Salt
- Oil
- PREPARATION METHOD
- In a bowl mix all the following ingredients together to make a thick paste and keep aside.
- Gram flour/Besan flour +
- Ginger-Garlic paste +
- Curd + Crushed fennel seeds + Crushed Kasoori Methi/Dry fenugreek leaves +
- Red chilli powder + Salt
Wash the potatoes well and boil the potatoes for 15 minutes.
Peel the skin and using a fork prick on the potatoes (to let masala penetrate into the potatoes).
Now marinate the potatoes using the prepared paste and leave aside for atleast 15 minutes.
Deep fry until it turns reddish and serve.
TIP 1: You can avoid egg and use roasted chana dal powder, if you are a vegan!!
TIP 2: You can also make the same fry with cauliflower.
Yummy baby potato fry is now ready. Have it as a snack or as a side-dish for rive varieties. Tastes really good!!
