Ингредиенты

1 large carton cottage cheese 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese (whipped is easier to use) 1 sm. jar jalapeno cheese spread (Cheese Whiz)

1 sm. pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Style dressing mix 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Place lowfat milk in blender container and add in cottage cheese. Blend till smooth. If blender container is small you can pour this into a bowl. Blend cream cheese, Cheese Whiz and dressing mix till smooth. Pour cottage mix back into blender and blend altogether till well mixed and smooth. HINT. This is as good dip for raw vegetables and chips.
