- Brew the espresso and briefly set it aside.
- Place the eggnog in a cold frothing pitcher and steam. Since eggnog is so rich, you will not get a lot of froth, but some will develop as you heat it through.
- Place 1 T. white chocolate and 1 t. hazelnut syrup in the bottom of each warm mug and pour in equal amounts of steamed eggnog.
- Stir to dissolve the chocolate and syrup.
- Place a long handled spoon in each warm mug, then cap off with a bit of froth.
- Pour a shot of espresso down the center of each mug.
- Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg and serve immediately.
