Рецепт Yasai Itame
Yasai Itame or simply Stir Fry Vegetables in English is a common side dish in Japan and like most stir fries there are not set ingredients to use in making one, usually whatever is available on the vegetable bin goes into the pan. This dish is one of the Japanese dishes that was inherited from China like the Chahan, Subuta and Gyoza, if you can see from the process of how it’s cooked you can see the similarity.
Typically vegetables like cabbage, bean sprouts, onions and carrots are used, meats can also be included like pork, chicken, beef and prawns. Today I will be making one from any leftover vegetables I have on my bin and will be paring this with some rice and a simple grilled pork.
Yasai Itame
