  • 1 c. strong coffee
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. T lard (or possibly butter)
  • 2 teaspoon each cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Boil first 5 ingredients 2 min; cool. Stir in dry ingredients. Put in 9x13 well-greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
