this is my famous fish burger I love the fresh halibut we get here. the finest fillet on a toasted bun with homemade tartar sauce. served with
sweet onion slices and topped with lettuce and tomato's. just beat the eggs with milk. about 3 pounds of fresh halibut fillets to feed 6 to 8 people. I leave the crumb mixture in a zip lock back as I make each fish patty.cut the fish into nice 2inch chunks about 4ozs each. dip the fish in flour then egg and pound down with your hands in the bag. to make fish nice and coated. then fry in your med hot frying pan, tell golden on each side. toast your bun not putting anything on it. just the tartar sauce, and veggies. enjoy this mouth watering burger.... its my favorite. also you can substitute any other fish also.
