Keep your energy up during the busy holiday season with this Winter Super Fruit Yogurt Bowl.

Okay, Thanksgiving has come and gone and now the rush begins as we dash around buying holiday gifts. It can leave you bone tired. Unless, of course, you start your day with some protein and super fruits to sustain you.

If you prefer, you can make this concoction after a long day of holiday shopping. Either way, it’s a win-win situation.

Truth be told, I was on a yogurt binge for about four years straight. I just got bored eating yogurt every day. That is, until Chobani asked to participate in the #MadeWithChobani series.

6 ounces vanilla flavored Chobani Yogurt ½ frozen banana ½ Tablespoon honey ½ Tablespoon peanut butter Toppings: ¼ fresh banana, sliced About 4 raspberries About 8 blueberries ¼ of a mandarin, peeled and sectioned Sliced almonds Granola A dozen or so pomegranate tendrils Optional: Additional honey and peanut butter to drizzle on top

In a high powered blender add the yogurt, honey, peanut butter and frozen banana. Blend until smooth. Freeze for about 20 minutes Pour into prepared bowl Add your toppings Serve immediately 3.5.3208
