1 cup white quinoa cleaned, rinsed cooked in 2 cups of water or broth

1 small bunch green onions, sliced

8-10 pieces chestnuts or 1/2 cup walnuts

1 tbsp olive oil to brush the veggies

1/3 cup orange juice

juice from 1 lemon

2 teaspoon agave nectar

juice extracted from 2 inches of ginger ( see instructions)
