Рецепт Win a Tassimo T20 brewing system
by Anne-Marie Nichols

I’ve been test driving a Bosch’s Tassimo T20 (in black) brewing system for almost a month now. I’ve enjoyed using it and would recommend buying a Tassimo T20 to anyone who loves the occasional cup of coffee and doesn’t want to drive to a coffee house for a freshly brewed cup.

Why buy a Tassimo T20?

I was offered the chance to review similar brewing systems to the Tassimo T20 and turned them down because of the low quality of their drinks. I made the exception with the Tassimo because of the T DISC brands they offer such as Twinings, Tim Hortons, Gevali and other brands of coffee and tea. The reviews at Amazon were impressive, too.

Here are my thoughts on the Tassimo T20:

Pros:

Easy to use. Once you go through the initial set up, go through the clean up cycle, and learn how to make your first cup it’s a snap.

Easy to clean. Just wipe up any milk or coffee splashes with a damp cloth or paper towel.

Affordable. If you buy coffee at Starbucks or a similar coffee shop, that is. It’s so much cheaper brewing your own cup.

Perfect for people who want one cup of coffee at a time.

Great for small offices and businesses, RVers, the teacher break lounge, bed and breakfast inns, etc.

The unit is very attractive. You can buy a Tassimo T20 in white with bonus color inserts, too.

Makes a great gift for a college graduate or newlywed.

The Tassimo T20 is fun! It even makes coffee house noises.

Cons:

If you’re a big coffee drinker and consume large mugs of coffee, like my husband does, the Tassimo T20 isn’t a good fit. It took two Gavalia T DISCs to fill up my husband’s morning travel mug. It’s cheaper for him to make a pot of coffee using our regular coffee maker.

The T DISCs aren’t recyclable. Boo!

I’d like to see T DISCs of unsweetened soy milk for those of us who have food sensitivities to sugar or milk. I’d also like to see them use a no-calorie sweetener in their latte and cappuccino milks and in their hot chocolates for those of us trying to lose weight or for people with diabetes.
