Ингредиенты

  • 1 loaf French bread, pulled apart in sm. pcs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. your favorite bourbon

Инструкции

  1. Add in 1 qt lowfat milk and pour on bread; let soak, then crush with potato masher. Add in 3 beaten large eggs, 2 cups sugar, 2 tbsp vanilla, 1 cup raisins and 1 tsp cinnamon; stir.Heat 3 tbsp butter in 9"x13" baking dish. Transfer mix to dish. Bake 40 to 45 min at 325 degrees. Don't over cook.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in double boiler; heat for 30 min. Add in beaten egg, a little at a time. Stir constantly for 3 min. Let cool. Stir in liquor. Poke holes in bread pudding with end of wooden spoon and pour mix on top of pudding.
