- 1st step: Beat together potato water, yeast and whole wheat flour. Let rise 25 min.
- 2nd step: Add in rest of ingredients and sufficient white all-purpose flour to make a moderate-stiff dough. Let this rest 20 min. Knead down and place in greased bowl, let rise double, punch down, let rise again.
- Place on floured board, work down, let rest 10 min. Place in greased loaf pans, let rise. Bake 50 to 60 min at 325 degrees in preheated oven.
