Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. molasses
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 c. lowfat milk

  1. In large bowl, beat molasses, honey, oil and Large eggs till well mixed. Combine dry ingredients and add in alternately with lowfat milk to the egg mix. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min. Test with toothpick in center. 12 to 15 servings.
