Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast

  1. Put together the above ingredients in a large bowl. 1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. honeyHeat in a saucepan till very warm (120 to 130 degrees). Add in liquid and 1 egg to flour mix. Blend at low speed till moistened; beat 2 min at medium. By hand, stir in 1 cup of flour. Spread evenly in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 c. honey
  2. Put together in a small bowl. Spoon over dough and swirl lightly (batter will be sticky). Cover loosely with cloth towel. Let rise in a warm place (80 to 85 degrees) till light and doubled in size (about 1 hour). Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till golden. In a small bowl, put together 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tbsp of lowfat milk. Drizzle over warm coffee cake. Makes 15 servings.
