Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 - 3 Large eggs, depending on size
  • 2 c. minced, peeled, tart apples
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Инструкции

  1. In large bowl stir together first 5 dry ingredients. Add in oil, Large eggs, apples and nuts and combine thoroughly. Batter is stiff. Turn into 2 (8 x 4 inch) loaf pans or possibly approximately 5 small pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 min for small pans and 60 to 75 min for larger loaves. Times vary greatly with different ovens. A silver knife will come out clean when the bread is done.
