Рецепт Whole Roasted Cauliflower
This is a really fun way to eat your vegetables. I found it to be a bit over the top but my husband and the rest of my family really loved it. I think it would even be great to use a milder amount of seasonings. This is a good way to make a great presentation to your guest.
Ingredients:
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoons chile powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° and spray baking sheet. I lined the pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Trim the base of the cauliflower to remove any green leaves and stem
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cauliflower and mix very well
Dip the cauliflower into the bowl and use a brush or your hands to smear the marinade evenly over its surface. This will be very thick
Place the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast until the surface is dry and lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
Let the cauliflower cool for 10 minutes before cutting it into wedges
